"This natural next step in the Bank's growth maintains consistency in the mission, vision, and values the Bank was founded on more than 25 years ago. Our customers value relationship-focused leadership and consistency, so I take great pride in this transition of Bank leadership to two outstanding bankers who I’ve worked with so closely over the years. Justin and Ami are well suited for their expanded roles and the ongoing support of our full executive management team. My focus going forward is to provide future guidance to Bank leadership, customer engagement, shareholder relations, community involvement and banking advocacy.”
